Frequently Asked Questions
Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
- USA: 3–4 business days
- Europe: 6–8 business days
- Australia: 2–14 business days
- Japan: 4–8 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
We work with a global on-demand order fulfillment company. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently.
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
- Ask your local post office if they have your package
- Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, please send us an e-mail at [email protected] with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, please send us an e-mail at [email protected].
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please e-mail us at [email protected] as soon as possible with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
Our products are made for you at the time of your order, because of this returns will only be accepted on a case by case basis. To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be misprinted, damaged, defective, unused, unworn, and in the original condition and packaging that you received it in within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately after 30 days, we are unable to process any refunds.
Please e-mail us at [email protected] and include your order number to submit a request for a refund. If your request is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package(s). Items sent back to us without first requesting a refund will not be accepted. If your refund request is accepted then you will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs of returning the item(s). Shipping costs to you are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, we strongly suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee and cannot be held responsible if we do not receive your returned item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for the item to reach us, may vary.
Once the return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 3 to 6 business days, for the value of the item returned and any applicable taxes associated with the item. Shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE
Items are eligible for exchange up to 30 days after the estimated delivery date. If 30 days have passed since the estimated delivery date, then unfortunately we won’t be able to offer you an exchange on your order.
Please refer to our fit guides when reviewing and purchasing product as items are made to order. We typically only offer exchanges if your item arrives damaged, defective or misprinted. To submit an exchange request, please e-mail us at [email protected] and include your order number.
