Our products are made for you at the time of your order, because of this returns will only be accepted for misprinted, damaged and/or defective items on a case by case basis. Claims for these items must be submitted to us via e-mail with your order number, the reason for your claim and a picture (if applicable) of the item clearly showing the misprint/damage/defect within 30 days of receiving your order. Please send us these claims via e-mail at [email protected].
Items are eligible for exchange up to 30 days after the estimated delivery date. If 30 days have passed since the estimated delivery date, then unfortunately we won’t be able to offer you an exchange on your order.
Please refer to our fit guides when reviewing and purchasing product as items are made to order. We typically only offer exchanges if your item arrives damaged, defective or misprinted. To submit an exchange request, please e-mail us at [email protected] and include your order number.
Lost / Stolen Items
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We’ll cover the costs of shipping a replacement order for you. Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered, we won’t take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense.

We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund. To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in the original condition and packaging that you received it in within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately after 30 days, we are unable to process any refunds.
Please e-mail us at [email protected] and include your order number to submit a request for a refund. If your request is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package(s). Items sent back to us without first requesting a refund will not be accepted. If your refund request is accepted then you will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs of returning the item(s). Shipping costs to you are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, we strongly suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee and cannot be held responsible if we do not receive your returned item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for the item to reach us, may vary.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 3 to 6 business days, for the value of the item returned and any applicable taxes associated with the item. Shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE
We only ship to the billing address associated with the order. For your safety, as well as our safety, we can only ship orders to the address associated with your form of payment. All other orders will be canceled & refunded.
We offer free standard shipping within the contiguous United States only for orders that total USD $100 or more prior to checkout. If your address is anywhere in the lower 48 states or the District of Columbia and your order total is USD $100 or more before checkout, then we’ll send your package(s) to you free of charge!
We ship internationally as well. Be advised international customers are responsible for any customs fees incurred during international shipping.
Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
- USA: 3–4 business days
- Europe: 6–8 business days
- Australia: 2–14 business days
- Japan: 4–8 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Be advised some orders may take up to 3+ weeks or more to fulfill on rare occasions depending on production, demand and supply. Some orders can take longer to make and will be shipped out as soon as they are finished. You will receive tracking information via email as soon as your order ships.
